WOODEN WINDOW, DOOR AND SLIDING SYSTEMS

IV68

Our wooden window production utilizes carefully selected laminated profiles, which are made from imported timber that has been meticulously dried to a moisture content below 12% in computer-controlled kilns. These timbers undergo a process where knots are removed, and finger jointing is applied to rejoin the pieces. They are then laminated with special adhesive and pressed together in three layers to create semi-finished products.

Our production follows the German IV68 window standard and is carried out using solutions from leading brands in the industry. Our profiles are impregnated with harmless special chemicals to protect against decay, fungi, bacteria, and external factors. Special protective water-based imported wood paints are used in our wooden window systems. Thanks to these breathable paints, our windows maintain their original quality with minimal maintenance for a long time.

We utilize high-quality accessories in our IV68 wooden window systems. With double seals, dual thermal channels, and an aluminum drip detail, we ensure water, heat, sound, and dust insulation.

Wood Types

Laminated profiles used in our wooden window production are manufactured from imported timbers, which are carefully selected and dried in computer-aided ovens with a humidity of below 12%. When we consider criteria such as suitability for exterior use, ease of maintenance and repair, suitability for paint and varnishing, frequency of availability in the market and price balance, we work with 3 wood types in stock: PINE, OAK and SAPELE. Other special trees that meet the criteria for exterior façade can also be supplied upon request by the customer, but they can extend the production time.

Pine

PINE
Pine is a resinous tree species and is highly resistant to external factors. Annual rings are prominent and slightly wavy. It is a frequently preferred species due to its smooth fibrous structure, easy processing and fast drying. With appropriate impregnation techniques, its life can be extended to a very long time.

Oak

OAK
It is a hard and high-strength material with densely woven fibers. The natural antiseptic substances (tannin) in its structure do not keep microorganisms alive and provide natural durability.

Sapele

SAPELE
It is a hard exotic wood species. It is often preferred in joinery with its surface properties and durability. Sapele lumber is an easy-to-process wood despite its hard structure. Almost no knots add visuality to the place where it is used.
